POSERSCRIPT is provided strictly for educational, research, and personal experimentation purposes. By purchasing or using any package, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for how you use the software. The operators of POSERSCRIPT make no representations regarding compatibility with, or acceptability under, the terms of service of any third-party application or game.

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use POSERSCRIPT at your own risk.

You expressly acknowledge that automating input or interacting with third-party games or applications may violate those services' terms of service and may result in suspension, termination, or banning of your account on those services. You assume all such risk. POSERSCRIPT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games or any other game publisher.

Because license keys activate immediately on first use and are bound to your machine, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a key has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

You agree NOT to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any .poser package or the loader; (b) redistribute, resell, or sublicense any package or key; (c) use POSERSCRIPT to harass, defraud, or harm others; (d) use POSERSCRIPT in any tournament, ranked event, or other context where its use violates the applicable competition rules.

All packages, the loader, the website, branding, and documentation are owned by the POSERSCRIPT operators and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a package on a single machine for the duration of your key.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the POSERSCRIPT operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of game accounts, data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the software.

The in-app assistant is provided as a convenience. Replies are generated by a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) and may be inaccurate. Do not treat assistant output as professional, legal, or security advice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the POSERSCRIPT operators are domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction's courts.
